The Department of Admission and Registration is primarily concerned with:
Al Zaytoonah university library was established in 1993 to support teaching and research, and transferred to its new building - which consists of three main floors - in 1996, in full space 52000 sq.m.
The major function of the library serving faculty members and students by means of providing them with access to required information sources.
Library collections:
The library contains more about 95000 documents
(which consist of printed and non-printed materials)
distributed as follows:
- Books and scientific references: 88.000 in both Languages A + E.
- Audio-visual and electronic materials: 1000 (video films, CD ROMs, Sound cassettes …).
- Periodicals: it subscribes about to 300 periodicals in Arabic and English, more than 189 from them are Refereed periodical, and it contains around 5500 volume back issues periodicals.

Computer applications:
The library contains 42 modern PCs , 30 from them specialized for serving faculty members and students , it links through ( LAN) Local Area Network , All the library collections and operations are computerized , the information system used is CDS / ISIS , Which is distributed by Unesco , the library was started to computerize the circulation system after the procedures are done , direct expectations to start in first quarter of 2003 .

The library used Dewey decimal classification system edition 21 in paper and Electronic edition, expanded thesaurus, and Anglo American cataloguing rules.
