Kenneth is involved in teaching a variety of undergraduate/post-graduate modules in Artificial Intelligence,
machine learning, biometrics, and bioinformatics.
In addition, I have 120+ publications, author of the
textbook Behavioral Biometrics: a Remote Access Approach
(Published by Wiley Sons, 2008),
editor in chief of the International Journal of Cognitive Biometrics and International Journal of Cognitive Performance Support (both published by Indescience Publishers). He is actively engaged in research in Biometrics, modeling complex biological pathologies such as stroke, and bioinformatics, and serves on over 30 international program committees in these domains

Maaruf Ali

Maaruf Ali has been a university lecturer in telecommunications for the past thirteen years at various British universities. He obtained his PhD in Electronic Engineering in the field of Image Coding from King’s College London, University of London in 1997. He obtained his BEng(Hons) in Telecommunications from Queen Mary also of University of London in 1989. Maaruf is also a Chartered Engineer, Senior Member of the IEEE and a Fellow of the Higher Education Authority of the UK. His research interests lies in the field of mobile communications, image coding, location based services and algorithms and security. Maaruf is very active as technical programme committee member in the major telecommunications conferences organised by the IEEE, IET and BCS, such as ICC and Globecom.

Johnnes ARREYMBI

Johnnes ARREYMBI is Senior Lecturer in the School of Computing, Information Technology and Engineering, University of East London, UK. He lectures Computer Sciences at both Postgraduate and Undergraduate levels in areas of Information Systems and Internet Security. He has also taught Computing at London South Bank University, and University of Greenwich, London. He leads as Executive Director and co-founder of eGLobalSOFT, USA; an innovative Patented Software (ProTrack™) Company. Johnnes holds qualifications from University of Wales, Cranfield University, London SouthBank University, University of Greenwich and University of East London. Has been invited keynote speaker and guest speaker at many national and international Universities, Conferences and Research forums, working on specialised areas of research and consultancy. With over 18 years professional experience in industry and academia, he has always worked within the IT domain, and held positions of responsibility. He has published widely in many areas of Security, Mobile Telecommunication, Multimedia and related technologies. Johnnes has represented UK internationally as expert on Biometrics Standards / Information Security under BSI, CEN and Cyber Security KTN.

Rosni Abdullah

Rosni Abdullah is a Professor in Computer Science at the School of Computer Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang. She received her Bachelors in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics and Masters in Computer Science from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan, U.S.A. in 1984 and 1986 respectively. She obtained her PhD in 1997 from Loughborough University, United Kingdom, specialising in Parallel Algorithms. Her current research is in the area of parallel algorithms on messagepassing and multicore architectures for bioinformatics applications which include multiple sequence alignment, clustering, structural matching and prediction for protein and RNA data. More recent is work on general-purpose computing on graphics processing units (GPGPU) which is emerging in parallel computing. She has led more than 20 research grants and published more than 100 papers in journals and conference proceedings. She is currently the Dean of the School of Computer Sciences and also Head of the Parallel and Distributed Processing Research Group which focus on grid computing and parallel algorithms for bioinformatics. |
